Technical Support Service for FCC
The Technical Support Service is being offered for FCC units in
conjunction with Refining Process Services, Inc., a leading FCC consulting
firm and the founder of The FCC
Network. In this service, refinery FCC unit operating data reports will
be run through a comprehensive process that will analyze each reported
variable against appropriately determined unit-specific ranges to segregate
reports with bad data. Each data analysis will examine the mass balance,
heat balance, critical operating and yield ratios, and provide a series of
charts that highlight unit yields with key operating parameters.
Technical Support Service reports will be generated on a regular basis
that highlight issues of operational significance for consideration by the
refiner.
There are also plans to benchmark the
operating data of individual units against similar FCC operations and
provide a measure of relative performance to the refiner.
